Judicial Member obtained his law degree from Government Law College Calicut in 1985. He was a practising Lawyer from 1985 to 1990. Entered the Department of the judiciary as a judicial officer in 1990. From 2006 to 2010 he was the sub-judge of Manjeri Court, Ernakulam. From 2010 to 2011 he served as Wayanad's chief Judicial magistrate. After getting a promotion to District and Sessions Judge, he served as Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, at Kalpetta, Family court Judge at Kannur, Additional District Judge and Pocso Judge at Palakkad, Vigilance Judge at Thiruvananthapuram, Principal and District judge at Kasargod, Kollam, Palakkad and Thrissur. After demitting his office on superannuation, he was serving as a Family court judge at Kannur.
