Instructions for virtual court entry
There will be two court sessions on hybrid virtual mode. The court will commence at 10.30 AM for the morning session and at 1.30 PM for the Afternoon Session. Participants shall strictly abide by the following rules while entering the e court. Virtual Participants shall join at least 10 minutes before the proposed time of sitting and wait for their turn by muting their mike. No Virtual participants will be allowed multiple access in the courtroom. Virtual Participants should not share sensitive information about the hearing witnessed by them while waiting for their turn. Virtual Participants should not record or take a screenshot of the hearing unless special permission is granted by the court. Though litigants are permitted to watch the virtual hearing, they must wear formal attire and keep their audio muted. When their case is to be called the litigants must unmute their mike and switch on their video. The counsel concerned should identify the parties, if any, whom he or she is representing. If any network error occurred at the court point or the remote point, while proceedings going on, the matter will be recalled and the parties will be provided sufficient time to re-join. No case will be recorded as “no representation” if the counsel or parties seems to be joined on call at any moment. Parties and counsel shall ensure that the hard copies of the Appeal/Petitions/Complaints are to be mailed by speed post to “the Secretary and Registrar, Kerala State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Sisuvihar Lane, Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram-10. The orders of the virtual hearing will not be issued unless and until the above requirements are complied with.
